About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning implementation of depository activity

1. Make to the section II of Requirements to the agreement on the correspondence relations approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 06, 2013 No. 1411, No. 1497/24029 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2013 (with changes), such changes:

1) in item 4 after words "the rights on which belong to clients" the word to "(depositors)" shall be replaced with words "depositary correspondent, and also to the client's clients";

2) in Item 5:

subitem 1 in paragraph four after words "the rights on which belong to clients" the word to "(depositors)" shall be replaced with words "depositary correspondent, and also to the client's clients";

in subitem 2:
