About modification and amendments in Regulations on the centers of law-enforcement bodies for rehabilitation of persons of no fixed abode
For the purpose of further enhancement of system of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of persons of no fixed abode the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on the centers of law-enforcement bodies for rehabilitation of persons of no fixed abode approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 26, 2018 No. 309 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 4, the Art. 95), according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.

1. In paragraph one of Item 36 of the word of "services of migration and registration of nationality, and also expert and criminalistic service" shall be replaced with words "divisions of migration and registration of nationality, and also expert and criminalistic service".
2. In paragraph one of Item 38 of the word "service of migration and registration of nationality" shall be replaced with words "division of migration and registration of nationality".
3. In Item 42:
