Article 1

Bring in article 20.1 of the Federal Law of December 13, 1996 No. 150-FZ "About weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 51, Art. 5681; 2003, No. 50, Art. 4856; 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4160) of change, having added it with parts five - the seventh the following content:

Receipt of weapon by foreign citizens as award is performed based on the presidential decree of the Russian Federation or the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, and also based on orders of heads of the state paramilitary organizations given such authority the President of the Russian Federation.

Types, types, models of military short-barreled person-portable small and cold weapon with which foreign citizens can be awarded and also the procedure for rewarding with the specified weapon is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
