About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2018, No. 92, Art. 305) following changes:

to add the subitem 3 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"services in ensuring creation and functioning of the Single state information system of organ transplantation and other anatomic materials which are provided based on the agreements signed in 2018 in the amount of 100 percent of their cost;";

the paragraph one of Item 2 after words and figures "services in development and deployment of system of automation of work of the inclusive and resource centers, including acquisition of technical means for its functioning, at the rate to 70 percent of their cost" to add with words and figures ", services in ensuring creation and functioning of the Single state information system of organ transplantation and other anatomic materials which are provided based on the agreements signed in 2018".
