specialists in the field of veterinary science, being authorized persons of the bodies and organizations which are a part of the system of the Public veterinary service of the Russian Federation;
specialists in the field of veterinary science, not being authorized persons of the bodies and organizations which are a part of the system of the Public veterinary service of the Russian Federation.
