About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Arbitration (Arbitration) in the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "About Advertising"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2015 No. 382-FZ "About arbitration (arbitration) in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 1, Art. 2; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5088) following changes:

1) part 2 Articles 1 after the word "Provisions" to add with words "parts 7.1 Articles 7,";

4) in Article 44:

a) regarding 1 word "the act of the Government of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "the act of authorized federal executive body", shall be replaced with words words of "provision by the Government of the Russian Federation" "provisions by authorized federal executive body";
