About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of agricultural industry of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of agricultural industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 483) the following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) shall be replaced with words the word "Crediting" "1. Crediting";

b) add Article with part 2 following of content:

"2. Preferential crediting of producers agricultural (crop production, livestock production, poultry farming, beekeeping), fish products and its conversion is performed annually by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mechanisms of preferential crediting are developed by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

Part 1 of Article 9 to add 2) with Item 19 of the following content:

"19) providing producers with preferential borrowing facilities agricultural (crop production, livestock production, poultry farming, beekeeping), fish products and its conversion.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Operation of this Law does not extend to the relations in the field of crediting of agricultural industry which arose before entry into force of this Law.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

submit for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the offer on modification of the legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic following from this Law.
