About introduction of amendments to articles 27 and 47.6 of the Federal law "About Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the People of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of June 25, 2002 No. 73-FZ "About objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 26, Art. 2519; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 1, Art. 10; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2014, No. 43, Art. 5799; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4294) following changes:
1) in Article 27:
a) to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:
"Information texts and designations are not established on the revealed objects of cultural heritage, objects of archaeological heritage, noteworthy places, and also on the objects of cultural heritage which are separate burials, necropolises.";
b) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Procedure for installation of information texts and designations on objects of cultural heritage, content of these information texts and designations, and also requirements to structure of projects of installation and content of information texts and designations based on which such installation is performed are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
c) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The obligation on installation of information texts and designations on objects of cultural heritage is assigned to persons specified in Item 11 of article 47.6 of this Federal Law.
If object of cultural heritage belongs to several persons specified in Item 11 of article 47.6 of this Federal Law installation on it information texts and designations is performed under the agreement signed between these persons, and in case of its absence-faced (persons) which possesses the largest area of the object of cultural heritage.
