About some questions of confirmation of commodity exportation to the states with which there are no customs control and customs clearance

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that for confirmation of export of implementable goods to the states with which there are no customs control and customs clearance under agreements, discharge of which is performed by offsetting of counter claims of the same kind, for the purposes of the taxation the organizations and individual entrepreneurs represent to tax authorities in the place of registration along with the tax declaration the following documents:

agreements (their copy) based on which sales of goods is enabled;

the documents confirming import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the goods received according to the specified agreements;

the document on commodity importation, the state exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus on the territory with which there are no customs control and customs clearance, with the mark of tax authority confirming payment of indirect taxes according to the legislation of this state;

copies of transport (consignment) documents about transportation of the exported goods;

other documents, stipulated by the legislation.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
