1) word in paragraph one "expirations. The judge" shall be replaced with words "the expirations. In the petition the specific, actual circumstances confirming need of further application of measure of restraint in the form of detention shall be specified. Judge";
2) in Item 1 of the word "this Article;" shall be replaced with words "this Article. In the resolution on prolongation of term of detention date to which the term of detention is prolonged is specified. Prolongation of term of detention in the case provided by part seven of this Article is allowed every time no more than for 3 months;".
