About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About trademarks and service marks"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About trademarks and service marks" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, Art. 167; 2012, No. 7, Art. 708) following changes and amendments:

1. Article 1 in paragraph three to replace the word "request" with the word "statement".

2. In part three of Article 3 of the word of "current legislation" and "body of Patent authority" respectively shall be replaced with words "legislations of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "Patent authority".

3. Third of Article 6 to state part in the following edition:
