About modification of part the fourth Civil code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in part the fourth the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 52, Art. 5496; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1100; 2018, No. 22, Art. 3040) following changes:

In paragraph four of Item 2 of Article 1350 of the word "Item 2 of Article 1385" shall be replaced with words 1) "Items 2 and 4 of Article 1385";

The second Item 2 of Article 1351 of the word "Item 2 of Article 1385" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "Items 2 and 4 of Article 1385";

In paragraph one of item 4 of Article 1352 of the word "Item 2 of Article 1385" shall be replaced with words 3) "Items 2 and 4 of Article 1385";

The name of subparagraph 3 paragraphs 5 of Chapter 72 to add 4) with the words "and industrial design";

5) in Article 1385:

a) add the name with the words "and industrial design";

b) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. The federal executive body on intellectual property according to the petition of the applicant publishes in the statement of the data on the request for industrial design which passed the formal examination with positive result. The structure of the published data is determined by the federal executive body performing normative legal regulation in the field of intellectual property.

The author of industrial design has the right to refuse to be mentioned in quality of that in the published data on the request for industrial design.

The publication is not made if the request for industrial design was withdrawn or acknowledged withdrawn or on its basis registration of industrial design took place.
