About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2018 No. 1288

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2018 No. 1288 "About the organization of project activities in the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 45, the Art. 6947).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2018 No. 1288

1. In Regulations on the organization of project activities in the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Action of this provision extends to federal projects of transportation unit of comprehensive plan of upgrade and expansion of the main infrastructure for the period till 2024 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2018 No. 2101-r taking into account the features established by the paragraph the second Item 2 of the specified order.";

b) to add Item 49 after words of "presidium of Council" with words ", Government commission on transport (in transportation unit of comprehensive plan of upgrade and expansion of the main infrastructure for the period till 2024 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2018 No. 2101-r)".

2. Add Item 3 of functional structure of project activities in the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution, the paragraph of the following content:
