Determine that the equipment and other property according to appendix worth 28 100 614, of 72 euros for which acquisition means of the loan granted according to the individual credit agreement of July 31, 1992 on September/17, 1992 to No. 5/0791/4622, signed between Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs and AKA Ausfyurcredit - Geselshaft мбХ are used (Frankfurt am Main) taking into account amendment to this agreement of June 14, 1993 on September/7, 1993 No. 1 under guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, is the investments of the Republic of Belarus at the expense of borrowed funds directed to creation in 1993-1998 at the Borisovsky plant of plastic products of production of pipes from polyethylene and connecting details to them, the rural districts of the republic, necessary for gasification, which were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
