About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About finance lease (leasing)"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 22, 2003 "About finance lease (leasing)" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 4, Art. 139; 2016, No. 3, Art. 153; No. 11, Art. 891) following changes and amendment:

1. Third of Article 6 to exclude part.

2. In the subitem е) to exclude parts one of Article 9 of the word "from written consent of the lessor".

3. In Article 15:

- the second offer of part two to exclude;

- add with part three of the following content:

"The leasing recipient has the right to sell, provide as a deposit or to dispose of different way only of that part of subject of leasing which paid cost exceeds remaining balance of leasing payments.".

4. State Article 19 in the following edition:

"Article 19. The address of collection regarding leasing

Collection regarding leasing is performed according to the procedure and on the conditions provided for the address of collection regarding pledge.

In case of the address of collection regarding leasing the leasing recipient of the subject of leasing having the right to stop before realization the address on it of collection and its realization, having fulfilled the obligation on payment of leasing payments or that its part which execution is delayed. The agreement limiting it is right, insignificant.".
