About modification of some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. Dispositive regulations of the Order of the Government No. 1232/2016 on some questions of introduction of oil products through eastern frontier (2016, 1327) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 388-398, in the following edition:

"To Customs Service it is temporary, till June 30, 2019, to make customs clearance on customs post of Bender of 2 oil products imported through the border crossing point Novosavitskaya - Kuchurgan, except for the oil products specified in tariff line items 271012310 (gasoline aviation), 271012700 (benzene like "fuel for jet engines"), 271019210 (fuel for jet engines) and 271019250 (other). The established procedures will be stopped if joint control on Items of crossing of frontier Novosavitskaya - Kuchurgan will be established before the expiration of 6 months".

2. In Item 21 of the Order of the Government No. 960/2017 on enforcement of the Law No. 109/2017 on border measures, customs control and about providing tax regime within joint control at check points through the Moldavian-Ukrainian frontier of the word "or restrictive" in both cases to exclude.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
