1. In the Order of the Government No. 960/2017 about enforcement of the Law No. 109/2017 on border measures, customs control and about providing tax regime within joint control at check points through the Moldavian-Ukrainian frontier (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 390-395, 1068) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in all text of the word "the check point through frontier Pervomaisk-Kuchurgan" in any case shall be replaced with words "check points through frontier Pervomaisk-Kuchurgan, Goyanul Nou-Platonovo and Novosavitskoye-Kuchurgan" in the corresponding case.

b) in Item 2-1:

to replace the word of "January" with the word of "February";

add with the text "During the period from February 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019 import of medicines (the tariff group 3003-3004), the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products, medicinal raw materials, means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil will be performed by the economic agents from east regions registered in public institution "Agency of the state services" according to the procedure established by Customs Service without collection of customs payments for import or export, without application of measures of economic policy, prohibitive or rationing arrangements provided that goods will remain in the territory which is not controlled by the constitutional bodies.";

c) add with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7. The Customs Service is given the right to levy cash payments for import and export from physical persons and legal entities according to the procedure established by Customs Service only in cases when in Item of crossing of frontier there is no financial institution.
