a) to state the subitem "b" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"b) are equipped with devices for giving of special light and sound signals in the presence of special tsvetografichesky schemes on the outside surface of vehicles:

the vehicles of fire protection, police, emergency medical service, professional rescue services, professional rescue units, military automobile inspection, military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation used for implementation of urgent actions for protection of life and health of citizens;

special operational and office vehicles of criminal executive system for transportation of persons who are in custody;";

b) add item 4 with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) installation on automobile vehicles of the professional rescue services and professional rescue units which are not a part of the system of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, devices for giving of special light and sound signals in the presence of special tsvetografichesky schemes on the outside surface of these vehicles.".

2. To the government of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
