About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the companies of rail transport which property is in the area of repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, conducting anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Section III "Transitional and final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About features of creation of joint-stock company of rail transport public" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 49, Art. 553; 2017, No. 9, Art. 67; 2018, Art. No. 6-7, 38):

Item to 5-1posla of the words "located in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation" to add 1) with words of "implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions";

Item 5-2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5-2. The moratorium on the address of collection on assets of Society established according to Item 5-1 of this Section voids after carrying out according to the legislation of inventory count and assessment of property of the companies of the rail transport located in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation, implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions on which public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers, and approvals of the transfer act concerning this property to Society, but no later than in six months from the date of the termination of implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and recoveries of the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions".
