About withdrawal of the parcels of land

According to Articles 26 and 29 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw especially valuable productive lands, pastures, haymakings and to present them to local executive bodies of the government, the ministries, the organizations, jamias and citizens according to appendix.

2. To local executive bodies of the government, the ministries, the organizations, jamias and citizens for benefit of which the parcels of land in compliance are withdrawn by requirements of Articles 41 and 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan to pay damages to land users and losses of agricultural production.

3. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on land management to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
