Bring in the Procedure for preparation, realization, monitoring and completion of projects implementation of economic and social development of Ukraine which are supported by international financial institutions, No. 70 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2016 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 16, Art. 627; 2018, No. 37, the Art. 1307, No. 45, the Art. 1571), changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure:
1) in Item 2:

the fourth after the words "or about provision of the state guarantees" to add the paragraph with words ", or about expense recovery";
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the system project - the project directed to support of carrying out reforms in Ukraine within which the loan which arrives single tranche or by results of achievement of the corresponding indicators defined by the agreement of Ukraine with IFI is used for financing of the government budget;";
