Bring in the Regulations on licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 3, 2015 No. 1062 "About licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, the Art. 5670), the following changes:
a) to state the subitem "an" of Item 5 in the following edition:
"a) for works on collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger - types of waste of the I-IV classes of danger and (or) group, subgroup of waste of the I-IV classes of danger with indication of classes of danger of types of waste in the corresponding groups, subgroups of waste concerning which the license, and types of activity corresponding to types of waste and (or) groups, subgroups of waste is provided;";
b) in paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "the name, class of danger and code of withdrawal according to the federal classification catalog of waste" shall be replaced with words "types of waste of the I-IV classes of danger and (or) group, subgroup of waste of the I-IV classes of danger with indication of classes of danger of types of waste in the corresponding groups, subgroups of waste; types of activity corresponding to types of waste and (or) groups, subgroups of waste".
