To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the offer of the Public migratory service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of construction of apartment houses for 1000 families of internal (voluntary) immigrants in the city of Tursunzoda to allocate soft credits at the expense of the means of the republican budget of 2006 provided for internal (voluntary) and ecological immigrants.
To perform registration of soft credits for immigrants through Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk.
3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide target use of allocated funds to internal (voluntary) immigrants.
4. To the Ministry ofMelioration and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan together with local executive bodies of the government of Khatlon Region and the city of Tursunzoda for the purpose of development of new lands and providing immigrants with drinking water to take measures for installation of the water line in the new places of residence of immigrants in the city of Tursunzoda.
