About modification of the Procedure for opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 758, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2012 for No. 1206/21518 (with changes), such changes:

The Section III after Item 3.3 to add 1) with new Item 3.4 of the following content:

"3.4. During opening of accounts in bodies of Treasury clients together with the documents specified in Items 3.1 - 3.3 presents of the Section, submit documents for provision of access to the automated system of submission of the electronic reporting by clients of Treasury whose forms are posted on the official website of Treasury.".

With respect thereto Items 3.4 - 3.8 to consider respectively Items 3.5 - 3.9;

2) in the Section V:

add Item 5.1 with the new paragraph of such content:

"Funds of obligatory national social and pension insurance during opening of accounts together with the documents determined by subitems "an" - "in" this Item, submit documents for provision of access to the automated system of submission of the electronic reporting by clients of Treasury whose forms are posted on the official website of Treasury.";

in Item 5.5 of figure "3.6" to replace with figures "3.7".
