About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to perform redistribution to Federal Penitentiary Service of budgetary appropriations from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the amount provided to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for 2019 and planning period on purchase for the federal state institutions providing medical care subordinated to Federal Penitentiary Service:

diagnostic means for identification and monitoring of treatment of persons infected with human immunodeficiency viruses and the hepatitises B and C;

the anti-virus medicines for medical application intended for providing persons infected with human immunodeficiency viruses and the hepatitises B and C included in the list of vital and essential drugs.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2019.
