About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002 about benefits to families with children and about recognition voided the Orders of the Government No. 769/199 about measures for improvement of financial position of minor children which parents evade from payment of the alimony

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002 about benefits to families with children (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

in the paragraph the second Item to replace 2 figures of "1,5/2" with figure "2;

declare item 4 invalid;

2) in provision:

in all text of figure of "1,5/2" to replace with figure "2";

add appendix No. 1 with the following line items at the end:

"2019 6303 6303";

add appendix No. 2 with the following line items at the end: "2019 in the amount of 30% of the basis for calculation established according to article 7 of the Law No. 289/2004 on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance, but at least 640 lei of 640 lei";

add appendix No. 21 with the following line items at the end:

"2019 50% of the size of monthly allowance on child care before achievement of the age by it two years provided for uninsured persons on birth date of the child of 320 lei".

2. Provisions of Item 1 are applied to the children born on January 1, 2019 and after this date.

3.) and c) item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for the appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002, National cash desk of social insurance will make recalculation of benefits which are paid for categories of persons who receive benefits provided in subitems b, according to the changes made to appendices No. 2 and 21 to the specified Provision since January 1, 2019.
