About modification and amendments in the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 998; 2016, No. 7, Art. 626) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 2:

- in paragraphs the twenty fourth, twenty sixth and twenty eighth the words "accomplishment of installation and construction works", "installation and construction works" and "installation and construction works" respectively shall be replaced with words "construction works" and "construction works";

- in the paragraph the thirty second to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the thirty third and thirty fourth the following content:

"-capital repairs - installation and construction works for the purpose of recovery of operational properties of worn-out designs or their replacement by strong and high-quality designs;

- shoddy constructions (buildings) - the temporary buildings and constructions used on the building site for conducting construction works in the terms of their accomplishment, and also construction without the base having not capital properties which designs are collapsible.".

2. Add Article 5 with part 3 following of content:

"3. Enter system of town-planning regulations and rules:

1) State regulating documents:

- technical regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of construction;

- construction regulations and rules of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- state standards of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of construction;
