About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2014 No. 736

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2014 No. 736 "About introduction of import customs duties concerning goods which country of source is the Republic of Moldova" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, of the Art. 4509).

2. To the Federal Customs Service to perform monthly monitoring of import to the Russian Federation of the goods classified by codes of the CN FEA EEU 07, of 0808, of 0809, 2005 and 2204, provided by appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2014 No. 736 "About introduction of import customs duties concerning goods which country of source is the Republic of Moldova" (with the changes approved by this resolution) and to inform the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on results of such monitoring.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to introduce in case of need till March 20, 2019 offers on change of effective period of the measures provided by this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2014 No. 736

1. In Item 1 of the word of "Common customs tariff of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union".

a) in head of the table of the word "Goods Item of FEACN CU" shall be replaced with words "The goods item of the CN FEA EEU";
