The price of heat energy (capacity) delivered to consumers is determined by the agreement of agreement parties of heat supply, but not above the limit of the price of heat energy (capacity) approved by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of the prices (rates), except as specified specified in parts 2.1 - 2.3 Articles 8 and 12.1 - 12.4 articles 10 of the Federal law "About Heat Supply".".
