About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning ensuring boundary safety

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2015 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 184, 2/1516; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.01. 2015, 2/2240) following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 1 part one:

after paragraph one to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"automatic means of border control - the special technical means allowing to perform verification of documents of the physical persons crossing Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further - Frontier), without participation of staff of bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus (further - bodies of the border service) and officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (further - customs authorities);";

paragraphs two - to consider the twenty seventh respectively paragraphs third - the twenty eighth;

to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — Frontier)";

word in paragraph five of "service of the Republic of Belarus" and "bodies of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with words of "service" and "bodies";

to exclude from the paragraph of the eleventh word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — Bodies of the Border Service)";

the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"personal data of the passenger - surname, own name, middle name (in the presence), the floor, birth date this about nationality (citizenship) of the passenger, the name and document number based on which the travel document, term of its action and other information on the travel document is acquired;";

will organize the omission through Frontier of goods in Items of the simplified omission;

will organize sanitary and quarantine control regarding visual survey of physical persons and in need of poll about condition of their health at check points, except for check points at which such control is exercised by customs authorities;";

paragraphs of the seventh - to consider twenty third respectively paragraphs the tenth - the twenty sixth;

in the paragraph the thirteenth shall be replaced with words the words "and international organizations" ", the international organizations and interstate educations";

the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"renders assistance to customs authorities in suppression of smuggling and movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union out of the established places or in unspecified working hours of customs authorities in these parts;";

after the paragraph of the twenty second to add Article with paragraphs of the following content:
