Based on the Program of step-by-step development of system of the state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it for 2003-2008 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2003 No. 600, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about corporate network of electronic exchange of information between the organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it with use of e-mail.
2. Republican and to the territorial organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it till May 20, 2005 to create corporate network of electronic exchange of information between the organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it with use of e-mail and to accept it in trial operation.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the head of the structural unit of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus responsible for information technologies.
