About modification of the Regulations on National police

Bring in the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2971; 2017, No. 59, Art. 1789), following changes:
in item 4:
"enforcement proceeding" to add subitem 14-1 after words with words ", performs search of the debtor or child in enforcement proceeding in the cases provided by the law or the judgment";
state subitem 23 in the following edition:
"23) takes measures for prevention and counteraction to domestic violence or violence on the basis of sex;";
to add the subitem 9 of Item 5 after the word of "police" with the words "or former employee of militia".
