About modification of the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 44 and 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of updating of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. In Item 158 of Chapter 18 of the Section II of the Provisions on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 11, 2018 No. 64, of the word and figures "The rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented to the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 1, 2016 No. 129 (with changes)" shall be replaced with words "the regulatory legal act of the National Bank regulating rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented by banks to National Bank".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
