According to Articles 7, 15, 55, 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banking groups

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 254, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2012 for No. 1178/21490 (with changes), such changes:

Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section III to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.3. For calculation of standard rates of liquidity of bank group / subgroup of banking group assets, obligations and off-balance tools join according to the procedure determined by the Instruction No. 368, taking into account requirements about procedure for forming of the indicators of the statistical reporting in the A7H "Data on Structure of Assets and Liabilities on Terms" file determined by the regulatory legal act of National Bank regulating rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented by banks to National Bank.";
