222. In the travel document (ticket) for one-time trip in the train of the suburban message without specifying of places intended for travel by trains along the railroad routes having the stopping points allowing to perform change on the subway as obligatory details of the ticket only the name of carrier is specified.

223. In the subscription ticket intended for travel by trains along the railroad routes having the stopping points allowing to perform change on the subway as obligatory details of the ticket only the name of carrier is specified.

224. "XXVII. Features of transportations of passengers with use of travel documents (tickets) processed by means of validation of contactless smart card, the transport card, payment card or the electronic device with use of the automated systems

226. The passenger has the right to process if technically possible at carrier the travel document (ticket) by validation of maps or electronic devices with use of the automated systems (including technologies of near communication of NFC4, of system of the QR-koda5 display or other automated systems allowing to process the travel document (ticket)) 6.

227. Specialized devices of payment of journey - payment terminals are used to payment of journey with use of maps or electronic devices with use of the automated systems (further - terminals). Money transfer to carrier is performed by the organization providing possibility of execution of electronic documents by passengers for journey on railroad routes with use of the corresponding electronic services of carrier for electronic devices (further - service provider).

228. In case of execution of the travel document (ticket) by validation of maps or electronic devices with use of NFC technology completion of the procedure on execution of the travel document is performed by the passenger upon termination of trip. At the same time the passenger shall fix the beginning and the termination of trip on the terminal.

When fixing by the passenger on the terminal of the point of departure (the beginning of trip) on the card which is instrument of payment trip cost in the amount which is not exceeding the maximum cost of reservation of trip is reserved. If the travel document is acquired by means of use of the cards which are not instrument of payment, the travel document (ticket) is processed at the time of validation, and reservation of cost of trip is not performed.

In transit along the railroad routes having the stopping points allowing to perform change on the subway, the travel document (ticket) is processed at the time of validation of maps or electronic devices with use of the automated systems.

Most reserved cost of trip shall not exceed trip costs from the point of departure (the beginning of trip) to the destination which is final on route of the train passing through the point of departure (the beginning of trip). In case of arrival in destination the passenger shall apply repeatedly the card or the electronic device with use of NFC technology to the terminal for fixing of the termination of trip and completion of the procedure of execution of the travel document (ticket) at the cost of the corresponding trip taking into account rate along route.

If the passenger did not fix on payment terminals with use of the card the termination of trip in destination after the term established by carrier, the travel document (ticket) will be processed on route of the passenger from the point of departure (the beginning of trip) to destination to the all-in reserved trip cost.

229. In case of execution of the travel document (ticket) by validation of maps or electronic devices with use of NFC technology record of details of the electronic ticket in automated control system for passenger traffic on rail transport is performed.

230. Upon termination of execution of the travel document (ticket) and payment of trip by the card (including with use of technology of carrying out contactless payment) or write-off of funds from balance of the electronic device with use of NFC technology reduction of balance in cash by the fare amount in the train on route of the passenger less previously reserved trip amount according to the requirements established in Item 228 of these rules is made.

231. Upon the demand of the passenger after payment of travel by the train with use of cards or the electronic device with use of NFC technology carriers shall submit to the passenger the document confirming the transportation registration fact, the payment fact with indication of personal account of the card, the amount of the charged-off money, date and time of carrying out operatsii7.

232. Execution of travel documents (tickets) on the electronic devices using systems of display of QR code is performed by means of software applications or services.

The created electronic travel document (ticket) after money transfer service provider for payment of trip of the passenger is displayed on electronic devices of the passenger with use of system of display of QR code. The electronic travel document (ticket) can go to the passenger in electronic form on means of digital technologies of data transmission or be created directly in appendix on the electronic device (at the choice of the passenger in case of execution of the travel document) 8.

233. Execution of the travel document (ticket) on the electronic devices using systems of display of QR code is allowed only prior to the beginning of trip. Terms of execution of the travel document (ticket) on the electronic devices using systems of display of QR code prior to the beginning of trip are determined by carrier independently.

234. In case of execution of the travel document (ticket) on the electronic devices using systems of display of QR code, the passenger shall fix the beginning and the termination of trip on the payment terminal by reading of the QR code containing data of the electronic travel document (ticket). Journey payment control in this case is made by reading of the image of QR code on the screen of the electronic device.

235. If the passenger did not fix on payment terminals by reading of QR code the termination of trip in destination to the terms established by carrier, information on which happens according to the procedure, stipulated in Article 85 Charters of rail transport the last has the right to limit possibility of execution of new travel documents (tickets) on the electronic device of the passenger using systems of display of the QR code which violated conditions of these rules.

236. In case of the address of the passenger about return of cost for the unused ticket for one-time trip in the train of the suburban message without provision of places in case of unplanned traffic disturbance of such trains more than for hour, the passenger puts the document confirming the transportation registration fact, the payment fact to the statement.

237. The claims to carrier which arose in connection with implementation of transportation of passengers and baggage taking into account features of this Chapter are shown in established by the legislation of the Russian Federation poryadke9".
