RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156 and of April 27, 2012 No. 389

According to the paragraph third Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2018 "About enhancement of legal regulation of gaming" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. In the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012:

exclude Item 1.3;

in Item 1.4:

state the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" in the following edition:

"1.4. Approval of rules of the organization and (or) carrying out gamblings (except for gamblings, rules of the organization and (or) carrying out which are determined by their software and (or) technical documentation)";

"the organizations and" to add paragraph two of the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" after words with the word "(or)";

to add the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" after figures "15" with the word of "workers";

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for the direction of gaming machines on engineering certification approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2012 No. 389:

the paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. For the purposes of this provision terms and their determinations in the values established in Regulations on the implementation of activities in the field of gaming approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2005 No. 9, and also the following terms and their determinations are used:";
