About modification of appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 919/2008 about the organization and carrying out commercial and investment tenders for privatization of public property

According to Item provisions c) parts (4) article 7 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401) the Government Decides the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova:

1. In appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 919/2008 about the organization and carrying out commercial and investment tenders for privatization of public property (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 143-144, 924) to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) Item 7 in paragraph one:

words of "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The agencies of public property";
