About approval of the list of additional paid services which are provided by rescue services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of additional paid services which are provided by rescue services it (is applied).

2. Determine that the paid services noted in the list are provided exclusively on a voluntary basis on the appeal of the interested legal entities and physical persons and cannot contradict and interfere with the main activities of rescue services.

3. To the ministry of questions of emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to develop and approve conditions of provision of additional paid services by rescue services in a month.

The list of additional paid services which are provided by rescue services

1. Services in prevention of emergence of accidents:

1) unplanned depressive and gas renting;

2) measure calculation, practical testing of systems of ventilation, emergency notification and means of fire protection of excavations;

3) cleaning of ventilating channels of system of the main airing of the mountain companies of dust deposits;

4) ensuring fire protection of objects during execution of hot work;

5) unplanned sampling and carrying out the analysis of air, water, dust and so forth in excavations, control of radiation condition of developments;
