Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of preparation by state control (supervision) bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2010 No. 489 "About approval of Rules of preparation by state control (supervision) bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 28, Art. 3706; 2012, No. 2, Art. 301; No. 53, Art. 7958; 2015, No. 49, Art. 6964; 2016, No. 1, Art. 234; No. 35, Art. 5326; No. 38, Art. 5542).

Changes which are made to Rules of preparation by state control (supervision) bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

1. In the subitem "an" of Item 3 of the word "Article 26.1" shall be replaced with words "Articles 26.1 and 26.2".

2. In Item 7:

a) add the subitem "a" with the paragraph of the following content:

"in connection with the prohibition on conducting planned inspections provided by part 1 of article 26.2 of the Federal Law;";

b) add with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) due to the need of specifying in the annual plan of information, stipulated in Item 3 parts 1 of article 26.2 of the Federal Law.".
