About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2008 No. 333

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2008 No. 333 "About competence of federal executive bodies which management of activities is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, in the field of counteraction to terrorism" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 19, Art. 2172; 2009, No. 51, Art. 6332; 2011, No. 7, Art. 979; 2013, No. 24, Art. 3000; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4929).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2008 No. 333

1. In Item 1:

a) in the subitem "b":

exclude the words "and also";

add with the words "also will organize control of condition of their anti-terrorist security";

b) add with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) provide occupational retraining and advanced training of the federal government civil servants performing activities for prevention of terrorism, minimization and (or) mitigation of consequences of its manifestations.".

2. Add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1). The federal ministries which management of activities is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation exercise coordination and control of activities for prevention of terrorism, minimization and (or) mitigation of consequences of its manifestations of the subordinated Federal Services, federal agencies, their territorial authorities and organizations, and also according to the competence perform methodical management of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the specified sphere.".
