About chemical sources of current

This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis in the field of the address with chemical sources of current and is directed to significant improvement of ecological situation in Ukraine due to reduction of influence of the fulfilled chemical sources of current by utilization of the fulfilled chemical sources of current.

Section I General provisions

Article 1. Scope of application

The law is obligatory for accomplishment by the companies, organizations and organizations of all patterns of ownership and physical persons which are subjects of the relations in the field of chemical sources of current.

Features of the relations arising in connection with purchase of chemical sources of current for public funds and/or within the state defense order, the relations connected with realization of chemical sources of current which are military products or double use and/or contain precious metals, are determined by the separate legal acts of Ukraine governing such relations.

Article 2. Determination of terms

In this Law the terms below are used in such value:

chemical sources of current - sources of electrical energy which is made by transformation of chemical energy in electric, or several not recharged primary elements or the recharged secondary elements (accumulators) including integrated into the products of industrial or household purpose consisting of one;

the sphere of chemical sources of current - the relations arising in case of development, production, realization, import and operation of chemical sources of current, procurement and utilization of the fulfilled chemical sources of current;

subjects of the relations in the field of chemical sources of current - the developer, the producer, the importer, the seller, the buyer, the consumer, specialized enterprise on utilizations, other legal entities and physical persons which are the party in the relations arising in case of development, production, realization, import and operation of chemical sources of current, procurement and utilization of the fulfilled chemical sources of current;
