1) the check-point on the Kazakhstan part of the International center of frontier cooperation of "Horgos" created according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2012 No. 762 "About creation of check-point in the Kazakhstan part of the International center of frontier cooperation of "Horgos" (further – the check point);
