I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for registration and use of the Card of refusal in acceptance of the customs declaration, customs clearance or the omission of goods and vehicles through customs border of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To department of information technologies and customs statistics (Koposov S.A.) develop the program and information complex "Refusal in Acceptance of the Customs Declaration, Customs Clearance or the Omission of Goods and Vehicles through Customs Border of Ukraine" for ensuring implementation of requirements of the specified Procedure.
3. To department of the organization of customs control (Syomk S. M.) and Legal department (Stupak Yu. V.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to inform subjects of business activity on requirements of the Procedure by lighting it in mass media and at information stands in the locations of divisions of customs authorities.
5. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 24.04.99 N239 "About Approval of the Procedure for Filling and Use of the Card of Refusal" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.05.99 for N300/3593.
