1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out the tender "The Best Quality Manager" and encouragement of winners approved by this resolution:

state Item 15 in the following edition:

"15. Assessment (the analysis and examination) of the submitted documents and materials, summing up tender are performed till March 1 of the year following after year of carrying out tender.";
