About modification of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing, No. 587 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2012, No. 27, Art. 1014; 2017, No. 59, Art. 1801), following changes:

in Item 12:

in the first offer of the paragraph of third "pro rata" to exclude the word;

add Item with the paragraph of such content:

"In case of nonpayment owing to circumstances of compensation according to the made Minagropolitiki's decisions within budget settings for the corresponding year such compensation is paid to subjects of managing next budget year in the presence of budget settings next budget year.";

in the text of the Procedure for the word of "cameras of bystry freezing of fruits and berries" and "cameras of bystry freezing of fruits and berries" shall be replaced with words "object for freezing of fruit and berry products".
