About modification of the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25,    "About the National Bank of Ukraine" for the purpose of creation of conditions for effective functioning of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 17, 2015 No. 615 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Chapter 5 of the Section II:

in Item 39 to exclude the word "weekly";

the paragraph one of Item 40 to state in the following edition:

"40. Provision of short-term loans of refinancing is performed with the frequency established according to the schedule of tendering process on maintenance of liquidity of banks.";

 Paragraph one of Item 69 of Chapter 9 of the Section IV to replace 2) with two new paragraphs of such content:

"69. The National Bank daily performs transactions on placement of deposit certificates till next working day (overnight). Quantitative or percentage tenders for placement of deposit certificates for up to 14 days and/or for up to 100 days are carried out with the frequency established according to the schedule of tendering process on placement of deposit certificates.
