For the purpose of determination of procedure for re-registration of certificates on the state registration registration plates for vehicles with special combination of figures, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on realization of the state registration registration plates with special combination of figures on vehicles" of April 10, 2014 No. 205 the following changes:

in the Regulations on realization of the state registration registration plates with special combination of figures on vehicles approved by the above-stated Resolution:

- in Chapter 5:

state the name in the following edition:

"5. Issue of the state registration registration plate with special combination of figures and procedure for transfer of property on the certificate to other person";

add with Item 25 of the following content:

"25. The citizen has the right to transfer the ownership to the certificate to other person. For execution of the certificate on other person, the parties address to authorized body with provision of the following documents:

- passport copy (ID card);

- the document confirming transfer of the certificate to the new owner wishing to acquire it (purchase and sale agreements, donations, exchange or other transaction about property acquisition).
