1. Approve Regulations on procedure for disconnection of consumers from sources of power supply which are applied.

3. Warn heads of public administrations about their responsibility for exceeding finished by the Department of Energy and electrification of limits of consumption of electrical energy and capacity.

Regulations on procedure for disconnection of consumers from power supply sources

1. The provision determines operations procedure of the power supplying supply agencies of heat energy (further - energy) and her consumers - the companies, organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and physical persons in case of introduction provided by the agreements of restrictions for energy supply signed between them in connection with violation of term and frequency of calculations for the released energy.

2. About introduction of restrictions the power supplying organization sends to the consumer the message in which the bases, date and time from which restriction will be introduced are noted. At the same time local authorities of the state executive authority are informed on restriction.
