1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments and compensations from the salary and the income of the citizens who are in medical and labor dispensaries equated to it, to subject deduction of cost of food, clothes and footwear, utilities and other expenses approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2014 No. 415 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.01.2015, 8/29551), the following changes and amendments:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus";
to exclude subitem 6.6 of Item 6;
in part two of Item 8 of the word "for the last month" shall be replaced with words "the previous calculation of cost of food";
to state the name of Chapter 4 in the following edition:
"Chapter 4 Calculation of cost of the utilities and other expenses which are subject to compensation";
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. The cost of utilities and other expenses is calculated LTP monthly based on the corresponding actual expenses of LTP.";
state Item 12 in the following edition:
