About change of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus

1. Third subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 1999 "About additional measures for enhancement of employment relationships, strengthening of labor and performing discipline" to state the paragraph to No. 29 in the following edition:
"increase in the tariff charge (tariff salary) no more than for 50 percent if the bigger size is not stipulated by the legislation, and for employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations - the allowance in the amount of no more than 50 percent of salary;".
2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2020, is temporary and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is submited National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
